Construction Contracts Administrator

Beaini is a highly respected property development & construction company with a strong presence in the NSW development industry, specialising in medium to large scale retail, commercial & residential projects. 

We are now seeking an experienced & diverse Contracts Administrator to join our construction division. 

About The Role

• Reporting & working directly with the Construction Manager

• Preparation of packages and scopes

• Procurement 

• Processing project claims

• Create, review, negotiate and letting of contracts

• Ensure documents are maintained

• Manage and track project expenditure

• Estimating and cost planning during pre-construction and live project phases
  

About You

• 4 years’ experience as a CA within retail, residential & commercial sectors

• Estimating experience preferred

• Relevant Degree 

• Articulate & confident with strong communication and negotiation skills

• Punctual & presentable
