This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in delivering high-quality maintenance, repair, and installation services to our valued clients. As a Service Technician, you will be the face of our company, providing expert technical support and ensuring customer satisfaction through professional workmanship and reliability. Key responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and installations of air flow systems and related equipment at client sites

• Diagnose technical faults and troubleshoot problems using appropriate testing equipment and diagnostic tools

• Follow safety protocols and industry standards to ensure all work is completed to the highest quality

• Provide clear explanations to clients regarding work completed, maintenance requirements, and recommended upgrades

• Maintain accurate records of all service calls, repairs, and parts used

• Travel to client locations throughout the Sydney area to complete service appointments

• Respond to emergency service calls and provide prompt technical support when required

• Keep work vehicles clean, organised, and properly stocked with necessary tools and materials

• Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient scheduling and resource allocation

What we're looking for

• Proven experience working as a technician in the trades and services industry, preferably in HVAC, air flow systems, or related mechanical fields

• Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving abilities with the capacity to work both independently and as part of a team

• Proficiency in using diagnostic equipment, hand tools, and power tools safely and effectively

• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical clients

• Current valid driving licence and reliable transport for travelling between appointments

• Relevant qualifications or certifications in refrigeration, mechanical services, or air conditioning (desirable)

• Physical fitness and ability to work at heights or in confined spaces when required

• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high safety and quality standards

• Reliability, punctuality, and a professional approach to all client interactions
