Site Supervisor

fgf Developments is a local, Cairns-based civil construction company. We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Site Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day delivery of civil construction projects across the Cairns area.

Your Responsibilities:

• Plan and oversee daily site works

• Coordinate and manage employees, subcontractors, plant, and equipment across projects

• Provide technical guidance and support to project staff, resolving complex site challenges effectively

• Monitor subcontractor performance to ensure adherence to HSEQ requirements and project standards

• Maintain strong site organisation, ensuring efficient workflow and clear communication across all teams

• Ensure full compliance with all relevant legislation, regulations, and industry standards
  

What you’ll bring:

• Solid background in the supervision and delivery of civil construction projects

• Strong leadership and management capability with proven planning skills

• Experience managing multiple projects while maintaining focus on key priorities

• Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships across teams and stakeholders

• Highly organised with strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach

• Ability to lead, motivate, and influence others to achieve project goals
