Are you an experienced workforce professional with a strong understanding of organisational structures, position evaluation and workforce establishment management? 

The Department of Logistics and Infrastructure is seeking a Workforce Strategy Coordinator to support workforce strategy initiatives that strengthen organisational capability and ensure workforce structures align with business needs across the agency

What You'll Do:

• Coordinate workforce strategy projects that support effective workforce planning and organisational design

• Prepare, review and maintain Job Analysis Questionnaires (JAQs) to support accurate position classification outcomes

• Undertake position evaluations and provide expert advice on establishment management matters

• Review and maintain workforce establishment information to ensure alignment with approved organisational structures and resourcing decisions

• Partner with business units and stakeholders to provide guidance on organisational structure, classification and workforce establishment processes

• Support recruitment readiness and continuous improvement initiatives across workforce management systems and processes

About You:

• Demonstrated experience in workforce establishment management, position evaluations and organisational design activities

• Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver quality outcomes in a complex, high-volume environment

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain workforce establishment and classification matters clearly and confidently

• Proven stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to build effective working relationships across diverse groups

• High-level proficiency in HR systems and the ability to analyse and apply workforce structure data

• A professional, proactive and collaborative approach with the ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team

• Desirable: Trained Job Evaluation System (JES) evaluator and experience in government establishment management principles
