If you've worked in hospitality, you already have the communication and customer service skills needed to thrive in sales. At Viva Solutions, we'll provide all the training you need to build a successful career.
Viva Solutions is a leading face-to-face sales and marketing company representing some of Australia's biggest brands through direct customer acquisition campaigns.
We're passionate about developing ambitious people by providing industry-leading training, ongoing coaching, and genuine career progression in a fun, supportive, and high-performing team environment.
$40–$50 per hour + uncapped commissions & bonuses.
No experience required – full training and ongoing mentoring provided.
Monday to Friday role – enjoy your weekends again.

18 years or older.
Available to work full-time.
Confident, motivated and enjoys working with people.
Hospitality experience is highly regarded but not essential.
Eager to learn, grow and build a long-term career.
