As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for customers across Australia, providing outstanding service and support across phone and email channels.

This is a fast-paced role where no two days are the same. You'll be assisting customers with enquiries, processing orders, resolving issues, and ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impression.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls and email enquiries
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Provide product information and technical support
• Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
• Assist with freight and delivery enquiries
• Handle customer complaints professionally and effectively
• Maintain exceptional customer service standards at all times

We're looking for someone who is resilient, customer-focused, and thrives in a busy environment.

Ideally, you'll bring:

• Previous experience in customer service, internal sales, parts interpretation, or automotive aftermarket environments
• Experience handling high volumes of calls, emails, and customer enquiries
• Strong problem-solving skills and a solutions-focused mindset
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritise competing demands
• Sound computer skills including Microsoft Office
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn

Highly Regarded

• Experience within automotive, truck, heavy vehicle, spare parts, mechanical, dealership or aftermarket industries
• Parts interpretation experience
• Technical automotive knowledge
