Marketplace Coordinator

Brand Collective is entering an exciting new chapter as we build our marketplace capability and create a new digital retail channel for our portfolio of brands

We're looking for a Marketplace Coordinator to support the day-to-day operation of one of Brand Collective's newest ventures. You'll create and maintain product listings, execute onsite merchandising and promotions, and help ensure products and campaigns launch accurately and on time. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Manage product catalogue and content across our ecommerce platform and connected systems, keeping data, imagery, pricing, inventory and SEO metadata accurate and on time
• Maintain catalogue quality, fixing or escalating incomplete, duplicated or miscategorised listings and chasing missing information from internal teams and partners
• Own daily website QA and launch readiness, checking product pages, collections, navigation, search and promotional placements before and after every launch
• Execute onsite merchandising and product discovery, managing collections, category placement, search, filters and promotions that drive visibility
• Support onsite SEO and digital customer experience through approved copy, metadata and internal linking
• Monitor stock, pricing and promotional accuracy, resolving discrepancies across feeds and internal teams
• Support website testing and continuous improvement, logging and retesting defects with IT and platform partners
• Act as the first point of contact for routine ecommerce queries and prepare accurate weekly reporting
• Maintain operational processes and documentation, spotting improvements that reduce manual effort and rework

ABOUT YOU

• Experience in ecommerce, retail operations or catalogue coordination in a high-volume environment
• Hands-on experience with Shopify or marketplace management systems is highly desirable
• Strong understanding of product data, taxonomy, imagery, pricing and SEO metadata
• Practical experience in onsite merchandising, search, promotions and website QA
• Strong spreadsheet and data management skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• A clear, collaborative communicator confident working across teams and partners
• Fashion, footwear, lifestyle or multi-brand retail experience is a plus
