Hospitality All-Rounders – Café Barista, Catering & Events | Perth CBD

• Location: Woodside, Perth CBD
• Work Type: Catering Assistant / Barista – Level 3 and Supervisor opportunities available
• Shifts: Monday to Friday only – morning shifts with occasional evening shifts available

Additional hours may also be available across our multiple award-winning TWG hospitality sites throughout Perth.

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced, enthusiastic Café Barista and Catering Assistant to join our team at Woodside, a premier corporate site in the Perth CBD. This hands-on role offers variety across café operations, barista service, corporate catering and events, all within a state-of-the-art facility alongside passionate, like-minded professionals.

We’re looking for an exceptional customer service guru who takes pride in creating memorable guest experiences, excels at making quality coffee, and brings a positive, can-do attitude to every shift.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Delivering friendly, professional barista and POS service in our on-site café
• Preparing food and supporting smooth front-of-house service
• Assisting with stock management and day-to-day café presentation
• Delivering and setting up catering for café activations and corporate events
• Supporting the Café Supervisor and contributing to a positive team environment
• Maintaining high standards of food safety, cleanliness and service quality

What You’ll Bring:

• Proven experience in a busy café, corporate hospitality or premium service environment
• Strong barista skills and a genuine passion for exceptional coffee
• A warm, professional approach to customer service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional presentation and pride in doing the job well
• Food Handling/Food Safety knowledge or certification
• The ability to work independently while contributing to a supportive professional team
• A proactive, positive and can-do attitude

Shifts and Opportunities Available:

• Monday to Friday
• Morning shifts: 6:30am – 2:30pm
• Minimum 30 hours – HIGA Level 3 Catering & Barista
• Full-time Supervisor opportunity available for the right candidate
