HR/MR Truck – Delivery Driver

Feramex is a Melbourne-based manufacturer of roofing systems, architectural cladding and steel building products servicing residential, commercial and industrial construction projects across Victoria.

Operating from our Tullamarine facility, we run a structured multi-shift manufacturing and distribution operation focused on safety, quality and customer service.

As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a Truck Driver to join our Day Shift team.

About the Role

This is a Day shift role working Monday to Friday, 05:00 am to 01:00 pm.

You will be responsible for safely operating company trucks, completing deliveries and collections, loading and unloading goods, and ensuring customer orders are delivered accurately and on time.

This is a hands-on role requiring strong safety awareness, attention to detail, reliability and a positive team-first attitude.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver Sheet Metal Products around Metro & Regional Victoria
• Safely load and unload products (manual handling required)
• Perform start-up and load safety checks
• Maintaining truck cleanliness and compliance
• Provide excellent communication and service to clients
• Accurately complete all delivery documentation, run sheets, and PODs using company mobile app
• Load restraint skills (strapping/securing sheet metal loads properly)

Skills & Experience

Required

•  A valid MR/HR manual License
• Proven safe driving history and habits
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Good communication skills and time management
• Strong reliability, punctuality, and consistent attendance

Preferred

• Valid Forklift licence
• Experience handling steel, building products or manufacturing materials
• Good understanding of Chain of Responsibility (CoR) and compliance standards
