About the role
Beenleigh's favourite local pub is looking for a new Duty manager to join the team. With a focus on Live gigs & entertainment, this is the perfect venue for someone who enjoys the music scene! With touring acts, The U2 show, The INXS tribute & Kingswood, each weekend is set to be a music lover's dream to work!
The successful candidate must be a strong leader with good communication skills who is comfortable leading and inspiring the team.

Essential requirements:
2+ years in an Duty Manager/supervisor role in pubs
Strong experience working in a gaming venue
Train, performance manage, and motivate staff
Proven experience in cash handling/banking
Proven experience in end of night proceedures
Enjoy live entertainment venues
Ability to work weekends & nights are a must
Enjoy working in a team environment
Work with and communicate effectively with all departments within the Head Office team
RLMV & Approved Managers License
