Assistant Venue Leader

Yo-Chi is growing, and we're looking for passionate Assistant Venue Leaders to join our Sydney team across some of our most exciting locations.

From busy city streets and beachside catch ups to after work desserts and weekend hangs, every Yo-Chi venue has its own vibe, but one thing stays the same: creating great experiences for our guests and an awesome place for our teams to work.

At Yo-Chi, we don't just serve frozen yogurt. We create experiences. As an Assistant Venue Leader, you'll play a key role in helping run a high performing venue, lead your team and bring the Yo-Chi vibe to life every shift.

What you'll be doing:

• Support the Venue General Manager in the day to day running of a Yo-Chi venue.
• Help drive sales, labour and COGS performance through efficient venue operations.
• Lead every shift with energy, creating an exceptional experience for both guests and your team.
• Coach, train and develop team members, building confidence, capability and future leaders.
• Ensure Yo-Chi's product, service and cleanliness standards are consistently delivered.
• Oversee key operational tasks including stock management, ordering, cash handling, rostering and administration.
• Maintain the highest food safety, workplace health and safety and compliance standards.
• Keep the venue running smoothly during busy services, solving problems and leading from the front.
• Foster a positive, high performing culture where accountability, teamwork and great energy thrive.

About you:

• You have 2+ years of leadership experience in hospitality or retail.
• You're a natural people person who enjoys building strong teams.
• You lead with positivity, accountability and a hands-on approach.
• You stay calm under pressure and know how to keep a team motivated during busy services.
• You're available to work a rotating roster, including evenings and weekends.
• Most importantly, you bring great energy and genuinely care about creating a great experience for your team and guests.
