About the role
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Join a dynamic, evidence-based program funded by the Department of Families, Fairness and Housing, designed to keep children safe at home. This role sits within the Family Preservation and Reunification (FPR) Response - an innovative, mobile and integrated service delivering intensive, hands-on support to families, followed by ongoing care to prevent children entering or re-entering out-of-home care.
Working as part of a collaborative team and reporting to the FPR Senior Practitioner, you’ll play a key role in strengthening families, connecting with existing services, and contributing to a continuously evolving, sector-leading approach to child and family support across Victoria.
This is a Part Time (30.4 hours per week) ongoing opportunity based in Midura VIC within our Family Preservation & Reunification Program. The position reports to the FPRR Practice Leader.
