We are seeking a recent Financial Planning graduate to join our Financial Planning team as a Graduate Client Service Administrator (CSA).
 
This is a true graduate opportunity and may suit someone seeking their first professional role. You'll receive training, mentoring and exposure to experienced Financial Advisers while building the foundations for a long-term career in financial services.
 
About the role
As a Graduate CSA, you will:
- Support Financial Advisers with client reviews and ongoing service requirements
- Prepare client documentation and assist with implementing financial advice recommendations
- Maintain accurate client records in Xplan
- Process applications, forms and new client onboarding documentation
- Coordinate client meetings and follow-up activities
- Liaise with clients and financial institutions
- Help deliver an exceptional client experience
 
About you
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A completed Bachelor of Financial Planning degree (essential)
- A genuine interest in building a career in Financial Planning
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Australian Citizenship, Permanent Residency or unrestricted working rights
