About the role
Join Our Team!
We're looking for a reliable, hands-on team member to join our growing coffee business. Based in Pakenham,
this full-time position combines coffee roasting, customer deliveries, warehouse operations, and general maintenance. If you enjoy practical work, take pride in producing a quality product, and are mechanically minded, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Roast coffee beans to established quality standards.
Package and prepare coffee orders for delivery.
Carry out basic maintenance on coffee roasting and production equipment.
Perform general building and facility maintenance, including minor repairs, preventative maintenance, and keeping the workplace in good working order.
Assist with stock control and general warehouse duties.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workplace.
About You
Previous roasting experience is a bonus but not essential.
Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated.
Hold a current driver's licence with a good driving record.
Hold a current forklift licence – or willing to obtain
Comfortable using a range of hand and power tools for minor repairs and maintenance tasks.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Physically fit and able to lift (up to 25 kg).
Able to work independently while contributing positively to a small team.
