Luna Park Sydney is one of Australia's most iconic entertainment destinations - a heritage listed amusement park on the harbour that's been part of Sydney's story for generations. We're looking for a Marketing Manager to lead the strategy that keeps this landmark front of mind for visitors, families, and partners across the city and beyond.

The Marketing Manager is responsible for providing generalist marketing expertise for Luna Park Sydney across the entire business. This role is responsible for paid and organic marketing campaigns, in-park signage, content creation, brand activations along with being the custodian of the 90-year-old Luna Park brand.

Key responsibilities include (but not limited to):

• Oversight of paid and organic campaigns including planning, budget allocation and prioritisation
  review and analysis. Build and communicate insights that inform wider marketing activity.
• Lead media planning, implementation and content submission, working with specialist external media agencies.
• Manage marketing partnerships including implementation and influencer liaison and support.
• Oversight and direction of organic social content that engages audiences with LPS brand and activities.
• Project lead for cultural event activations including booking, implementation, multi-platform support for internal and external media and communications, review and recommendations.
• Project leading events and launch activations in conjunction with the Amusement Park team.
• Project leading sales activities including B2B bookings, along with group bookings such as corporate family days, school groups and birthday parties.
• Custodianship and management of brand assets.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Tertiary Qualification in Marketing, Business or related
• Strong understanding of brand strategy, marketing planning, and campaign execution
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and stakeholders
• Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and projects
• Demonstrated data-driven approach, with the ability to interpret and apply market insights
• Creativity and problem-solving skills to develop innovative brand solutions
• Adobe Suite experience (preferred)
• Media Planning experience (preferred)
• Marketing Budget understanding (preferred)
• Understanding of Google + Web Analytics (preferred)
• CRM/eDM experience (preferred)
