This role would suit someone with working experience in either cleaning, customer service, retail, hospitality, aged care, childcare, support work or other customer-facing roles.

Cleaning experience is welcome, but not essential. We can teach cleaning techniques. What we're really looking for are people with a strong work ethic, a team-first attitude, and a genuine desire to care for our clients and each other.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking people who:

✔ Have a current driver's licence and reliable vehicle

✔ Are confident driving throughout South East Melbourne

✔ Have previous employment experience in customer service, hospitality, retail or similar industries

✔ Are reliable, punctual and take pride in their work

✔ Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic

✔ Work well independently and as part of a team

✔ Genuinely care about providing excellent service to clients

✔ Are looking for consistent ongoing work rather than occasional shifts

About The Role

You'll work across both domestic and commercial cleaning sites throughout South East Melbourne.

No two days are the same. One day you may be helping a busy family maintain their home, the next you'll be servicing a commercial office or warehouse facility.

You'll be trusted to:

• Deliver high-quality cleaning services to our clients

• Work closely with other team members to achieve excellent results

• Build positive relationships with clients

• Follow company procedures and checklists

• Represent our business professionally while in clients' homes and workplaces

• Travel between multiple jobs throughout the day

Essential Requirements

• Current Australian Driver's Licence

• Reliable vehicle

• Ability to travel throughout South East Melbourne

• Availability for multiple weekdays

• National Police Check (or willingness to obtain one)

• Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain one)
