Property Management- Assistant

We are looking for a motivated, personable and organised Property Management Assistant who enjoys working with people, has strong administration and computer skills, and takes pride in getting the details right.

Whether you're looking to begin your real estate career or take the next step in Property Management, we will provide the training and support you need to succeed.

Working closely with our experienced Property Management team, you will receive full training and ongoing support while assisting with a range of day-to-day property management duties, including:

• Routine property inspections

• Ingoing and outgoing inspections

• Property management administration and general office duties

• Communicating with landlords, tenants and tradespeople

• Assisting the Property Management team with day-to-day tasks

We are looking for someone who:

• Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Is organised, reliable and highly attentive to detail

• Has strong computer and administration skills

• Enjoys dealing with people and providing great service

• Has a positive, can-do attitude

• Is eager to learn and develop a career in real estate

• Can work independently while also being a strong team player

• Has a current NSW driver's licence and reliable car

Real estate experience is preferred but not essential — the right attitude, work ethic and willingness to learn are what matter most.
