Logistics Planner

TMR (Perth) Pty Ltd is seeking a highly organized individual to handle the company’s trucking fleet and to be the link between customers, warehouse operations and the transport team - ensuring bookings, paperwork and the trucking schedules are accurate and meet customer expectations.

Full Time Permanent Role

Based : Osborne Park

Hours: Monday to Friday 7.30am to 4pm

Occasional flexibility required to support operational peak times

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a primary point of contact for the public, managing all incoming transport bookings and truck scheduling via phone, email, and text.
• Work closely with warehouse management to align logistical planning with customer requirements.
• Oversee the truck maintenance and pre start requirements
• Collect and analyse truck transport data (e.g., lead times, delivery schedules etc.) to identify areas for improvement.
• Focusing on improving cycle times and optimizing resource utilization.
• Evaluate and implement new logistics technologies, tools, or software to optimize operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards related to logistics and transportation.
• Actively support all efforts to retain and further develop the client relationship between all existing and new clients.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $70,000.00 – $110,000.00 per year
