This is a customer-focused role where sales experience, quotation preparation and follow-up, electrical product knowledge, and outstanding customer service skills are key priorities. You will play an important role in building strong customer relationships, identifying sales opportunities, providing technical product advice and delivering excellent service every day.

We are looking for someone who is customer-focused, commercially minded, open to learning and committed to developing their career within the electrical wholesale industry

Job Description

Driving sales and ensuring customers receive the best possible level of service throughout all interactions with the branchProviding product advice and technical support to customersFollowing up and providing notification of outstanding ordersManaging customer sales, quoting/product sourcing, and management of customer projects including DIFOTIdentifying opportunities to upsell or cross sell products. Building excellent working relationships with suppliers to ensure best possible margins are maintainedActive capture of sales information into CRM as sales excellence best practice

Qualifications

Electrical wholesaling, trades or building/construction industry experience essential.Proven ability to identify sales opportunities and deliver customer-focused outcomesA passion for providing great customer service and ability to thrive in a busy environmentStrong attention to detail and professional personal presentationSound product knowledge, ideally within electrical products and solutions preferredEnthusiastic, ambitious and have a strong desire to learn and build a career with us.Have full Australian working rights as sponsorship will not be offered for this role
