Program Delivery Lead

About the RoleWe have an opportunity for an experienced Program Delivery Lead to drive the implementation and embedding of the Technology Operating Model and New Ways of Working.
The role will lead the transition from organisational design change to practical, sustainable adoption of an agile, platform-based technology operating model.
The successful candidate will bring structure, pace and integration to a multi-workstream transformation program, ensuring governance, decision rights, delivery practices, prioritisation, performance reporting, capability uplift and change adoption are designed, rolled out and embedded across the technology group.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead end to end delivery of the Operating Model ProgramFinalise the remaining operating model and organisational design workBring structure, pace and integration to governance, delivery practices, prioritisation, capability uplift and change adoptionBuild and drive a change strategy and communications plan to support adoptionCoach the extended leadership team to lead embedding within their own teamsManage an integrated roadmap across governance, tooling, capability and changeClarify decision rights, governance pathways and delivery rhythmsTrack program risks, dependencies, milestones and benefits realisationFacilitate senior leader workshops to resolve issues and maintain momentumPartner with platform, architecture, PMO, governance, risk and delivery teams
About YouProven experience designing and rolling out Agile Operating Models in complex technology environmentsA track record moving organisations from project-based delivery to product, platform or SAFe aligned delivery modelsExperience establishing agile governance, prioritisation models and operating rhythmsConfident working directly with executives and senior leaders through major changeStrong facilitation, stakeholder engagement and influencing skillsStructured and pragmatic, able to create momentum in ambiguous environments without adding bureaucracyExperience in utilities, public sector or highly regulated environments is highly regardedFamiliarity with SAFe, Lean Portfolio Management, Jira and Confluence is a plus
