We are seeking an organised, friendly, and proactive Office Administrator / Front Desk Coordinator to join our team in Perth.

In this varied role, you will be the face and voice of SYSTRA & BG&E while delivering essential administrative support to our Perth office operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Warmly greet clients and guests, answer and direct main office phone calls, and manage the front desk area.
• Oversee meeting room diaries, maintain room presentation, and coordinate catering for meetings and events.
• Coordinate End-of-Month (EOM) morning teas, book tickets for industry events, and assist with social committee activities.

• Support onboarding/orientation setups for new hires, manage access cards, and update seating plans.
• Monitor and replenish office stationery, consumables, and PPE stock.
• Act as a key contact for building management (Dexus) and cleaning services (DIMEO).
• Handle daily incoming/outgoing mail distribution and courier arrangements.

• Oversee bookings, servicing, and fault reporting for company vehicles.
• Assist with booking first aid training, updating HSEQ training matrix records, and supporting broader office teams when needed.
