Sales Manager

About the role

McGrath Strathfield is seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to lead, mentor and drive performance across the sales team. As a key member of the leadership team, you will work closely with agents, associates and support staff to drive growth, accountability and a high-performance culture.

Key responsibilities

• Coaching and mentoring sales agents to improve performance and productivity

• Conducting regular sales meetings, one-on-one reviews and training sessions

• Supporting agents with prospecting, listing presentations, negotiations and auction campaigns

• Monitoring pipeline activity, KPI performance and business development outcomes

• Assisting with recruitment, onboarding and retention of sales staff

• Driving compliance with NSW property legislation and company procedures

• Identifying growth opportunities and implementing strategies to increase market share

• Working collaboratively with Property Management and Operations teams

• Supporting the achievement of office revenue and profitability targets

About you

• Current NSW Class 1 Real Estate Licence

• Proven success in residential real estate sales and team leadership

• Strong coaching, mentoring and training capabilities

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• High levels of accountability, professionalism and integrity

• Strong knowledge of NSW real estate legislation and compliance requirements

• Ability to analyse sales performance and drive continuous improvement

• A positive attitude and commitment to creating a high-performance culture
