We are looking for a dynamic Store Operations Manager to join our team in Bondi Junction. This is a Monday to Friday opportunity which involves overseeing stockroom operations, ensuring merchandise availability, and upholding WHS standards. The ideal candidate will excel in driving productivity and achieving company goals through effective inventory management.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Logistics Management: Plan and coordinate store deliveries while directing merchandise flow from the stockroom to the sales floor
• Inventory Control: Organize stockroom departments, maintain inventory records, and process paperwork like transfers and returns
• Back of House Operations: Maintain open and closing standards for Back of House (BOH) areas
• Customer Service: Provide exemplary service to both internal and external customers
• Productivity: Drive daily associate processing productivity in line with company standards
• Safety Compliance: Ensure daily compliance with Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) regulations

 What You Will Bring to the Role:

• 2-3 years of management experience, preferably in specialty retail 
• Strong leadership and organisational skills 
• Effective communication and problem-solving abilities 

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to be mobile in the store and back-of-house areas, including standing for long periods
• Ability to climb ladders and use other equipment in line with safety standards
• Ability to lift and mobilise medium to large items, up to 30kg, while utilising appropriate equipment and safety techniques
