Service Manager | Mercedes-Benz Perth

Mercedes-Benz Perth is seeking a Service Manager to join our high-performing team located in Bentley.

Reporting directly to the Dealer Principal, this key leadership role is responsible for the overall performance of the Service Department, including customer satisfaction, team leadership, operational excellence, profitability, and the delivery of an exceptional luxury aftersales experience in line with Mercedes-Benz standards and brand values.

The successful candidate will:

• Lead, coach and develop a high-performing Service team to achieve business objectives and support individual growth.
• Drive customer experience and satisfaction outcomes in line with Mercedes-Benz standards and luxury brand expectations.
• Ensure efficient workshop operations, service processes, and a strong focus on continuous improvement.
• Monitor, analyse and improve departmental performance, productivity and profitability.
• Champion a positive, accountable and high-performance culture where teamwork, safety and professionalism are at the forefront.
• Build strong relationships with customers, Mercedes-Benz Australia and internal stakeholders.
• Foster an environment that attracts, develops and retains top talent, ensuring long-term success for the department.

You will ideally possess:

• Experience managing an Automotive Service Department.
• Extensive experience within a Service Department in a leadership role.
• Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams while achieving budgets and key performance indicators.
• Strong leadership, communication and relationship-building skills.
• A customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service experiences.
• Ability to work independently and be self-motivated to achieve results.
• Australian working rights and a current driver's licence.
