Warehouse Forklift Operator

About the role

You'll operate our counterbalance forklift for container unloads, put-away, replenishment and truck loading, receive and check inbound stock against paperwork, stage pallets for daily courier pickups, and work hands-on alongside the pick and pack team when the forklift seat doesn't need you.

Key responsibilities

• Work hands-on alongside the pick and pack team when required

About you

• Current LF High Risk Work licence (essential, no exceptions)
• At least 12 months' recent counterbalance experience
• Container unloading experience well regarded
• High reach experience a bonus rather than a requirement
• Genuine safety mindset around pedestrians in a shared space
• Full working rights in Australia
• 3PL or e-commerce warehouse background is a plus

Benefits

• $65,000 to $70,000 plus 12% super depending on experience
• Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm
• Overtime paid at award rates
