Recruitment Consultant

Global Medics AU is seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our successful Women's & Children's Division.

What Will You Be Doing?

As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll play a key role in connecting healthcare providers with high-quality medical talent while managing and growing your own desk. You will:

• Take ownership of a hot desk within the Women's & Children's Division

• Manage existing client accounts and candidate relationships

• Source, screen, and place doctors into locum and permanent opportunities across Australia

• Build strong, long-term partnerships with healthcare organisations

• Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts and generate new business

• Negotiate placements, rates, and client agreements

• Deliver exceptional service to clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process

• Ensure compliance with industry standards and healthcare requirements

• Collaborate with a high-performing team and share market insights

• Stay informed on market trends and become a trusted specialist in your sector

What Will You Bring?

• Previous recruitment experience, ideally within healthcare or professional services

• Proven success in a 360 recruitment environment

• Strong business development and account management skills

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities

• A commercial mindset and results-driven approach

• Resilience, initiative, and a passion for delivering outcomes

• High levels of professionalism, integrity, and accountability

• Knowledge of medical recruitment and healthcare compliance is advantageous
