About the Role:

In this role, you’ll manage projects from the moment a purchase order arrives through to completion, coordinating delivery and production schedules, monitoring project costs, and ensuring every customer receives exceptional service. You’ll respond to customer enquiries, provide quotes, and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders. Collaboration is key – you’ll work closely with Project Managers, Site Supervisors, and our wider sales team to deliver seamless project outcomes.

What We’re Looking For:

We’re after someone with at least three years’ experience in a similar role within manufacturing, construction, HVAC, or related environments. You’ll have a knack for quoting and cost monitoring, strong organisational and interpersonal skills, and a commitment to quality.
