Partnering closely with the Event Operations Manager, you'll champion workforce planning, team development, and the dynamic day-to-day operations that make each event shine.

• A proven leader who has thrived in premium events and conference environments and knows how to bring the best out of a team
• A hands-on, energetic presence on the floor who lives for fast-paced settings and is genuinely passionate about crafting memorable moments for every guest
• An operational powerhouse who confidently juggles workforce planning, labour cost control, resource allocation, and end-to-end event delivery without missing a beat
• A service and logistics expert with sharp knowledge of food and beverage operations, event set-ups, and the venue standards that turn good events into great ones
• RSA accredited — with RMLV/Approved Manager status a definite advantage to keep our events running responsibly and seamlessly
• A flexible team player ready to shine when it matters most, including weekends and public holidays
