**We are seeking a Fitness coach to join our team**

Applicants must be Australian citizens only.

You must have a minimum cert 3 in fitness and most importantly you must have a passion for helping normal people achieve their health and fitness goals. We have 2 facilities across Canberra and a variety of shifts available to the right people. This position is Casual initially whilst learning our procedures with approx.8 -20 hours per week, there is the possibility of Part-Time, Full time position for the right person as well as management roles in the near future as we traditionally promote internally.

Current CPR certification is required at the time of application.

Flames fitness is a unique health and fitness business that has been operating for over 29 years, the longest operating fitness business in Canberra. Our unique system sees every member get all the benefits of a personal trainer every session in our fully equipped gyms for a fraction of the cost.

The ability to work with sales in mind is essential, both for selling yourself to clients and selling fitness products. You must also be open to fill shifts at either of our Canberra locations, so having your own transport is a big Plus.

Own transport is strongly preferred to enable flexibility between both Canberra locations.

Candidates must demonstrate basic sales awareness skills.

**Please Note, this is initially a casual position but has potential to expand to a fulltime position in the near future. The shifts will typically be either early mornings or evenings up to 8pm. We promote internally and there will be a fulltime opportunity available to the right candidate after a probationary period.
