We have a fantastic opportunity for a Lawyer to join our high performing, friendly and innovative Private Clients team. This is an exciting opportunity to build your career in a highly regarded practice and gain exposure to a broad range of probate and estate matters.

About the teamThis is a growth role, offering the opportunity to work closely with experienced practitioners on sophisticated matters while developing your technical expertise and client relationship skills.
You will work across:Estate planning, including advising on and preparing complex testamentary trust wills, enduring powers of attorney and enduring guardianship appointments.Estate administration, both testate and intestate, including obtaining grants of probate and letters of administration from the Supreme Court.Trust advice and administration.Guardianship Division matters.Estate disputes and contested estate litigation, including family provision claims, challenges to the validity of wills and disputes arising from estate administration.About you
Our ideal candidate possesses:
1-3 years PQEExperience or a demonstrated interest in probate and deceased estate administration,Experience or a demonstrated interest in estate planning, estate disputes and contested estate litigation,A passion for client service and client outcomesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsDemonstrated negotiation and influencing skillsStrong research, analytical and drafting skillsThe ability to work as part of a team
