Waymac Construction About the Role An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Carpenter to join our growing team.

The successful applicant will undertake a variety of residential and commercial carpentry projects while maintaining a high standard of workmanship and workplace safety. Key Duties and Responsibilities  Construct, install and repair building frameworks, walls, floors, roofs and other structures.  Interpret and work from plans, drawings and specifications.

 Measure, cut, shape and assemble timber and other building materials.  Install doors, windows, cabinetry, cladding and other building components.  Carry out renovations, maintenance and general carpentry work.

 Operate and maintain hand and power tools safely.  Ensure work is completed in accordance with Australian building standards.  Maintain a clean and safe worksite and comply with all WHS requirements.

Essential Requirements  Relevant trade qualification in Carpentry (Certificate III in Carpentry or equivalent).  Minimum of two years' relevant post-qualification experience.  Ability to read and interpret construction plans.

 Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.  Current White Card.  Current driver's licence.

 Ability to work independently and as part of a team. What We Offer  Full-time permanent employment.
