About the role

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Beauty Therapist to join our team at Club Mulwala. This is a casual position based in Mulwala, NSW 2647. As a Beauty Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality beauty treatments and exceptional customer service to our valued clients. This role offers flexibility and the opportunity to work in a dynamic, welcoming environment whilst building strong relationships with our clientele.

What you'll be doing

• Providing a range of beauty treatments including facials, waxing, massage therapy and other spa services within the scope of your qualification.

• Consulting with clients to understand their needs and recommending appropriate treatments and products

• Maintaining a clean, hygienic and professional treatment environment at all times

• Ensuring all beauty equipment and tools are properly sanitised and maintained in accordance with industry standards

• Recording client details, preferences and treatment outcomes accurately

• Promoting additional services and retail products to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty

• Managing appointment bookings and liaising with reception staff to ensure smooth operations

• Staying current with the latest beauty trends, techniques and industry best practices

• Providing exceptional customer service and building positive relationships with clients

What we're looking for

• A recognised qualification in Beauty Therapy or equivalent accreditation

• Proven experience working as a Beauty Therapist in a professional salon or spa environment

• Strong knowledge of beauty treatments, skincare products and contraindications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a genuine passion for client care

• Ability to work efficiently, meet deadlines and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene

• Professional appearance and a positive, friendly demeanour

• Flexibility to work varying hours, including weekends and public holidays as required in a casual role
