$92,000-$105,000 per annum depending on experience

This position is based at our White Rock Campus (with cross campus travel required)

About the role

The successful applicant will be responsible for:

• Contributing to and implementing the school's marketing and communications plan across a variety of channels
• Creating content for, and coordinating the production of, school publications and promotional materials
• Assisting with the organisation and coordination of marketing and community engagement events
• Assisting with monitoring the marketing and communications budget, and reporting on activity and return on investment
• Identify and share stories that enhance the school's reputation and celebrate student achievement through positive media and public relations initiatives
• Working closely with the Community Engagement and Admissions team to align messaging across internal and external campaigns
• Liaising with external providers such as designers, photographers and PR contacts to deliver agreed outcomes
• Monitoring adherence to TAS Brand Guidelines across all materials
• Contributing to compliance within marketing and communications, including policy documentation as required 
• All other duties as directed by the school in line with level of responsibility

About you

To be successful in this role you are:

• A highly capable marketing professional, with experience in a range of sectors considered a bonus
• Committed to representing TAS with professionalism, warmth and accuracy across every channel
• Values aligned and community focused in your approach
• A strong communicator and collaborative team member, who thrives on building relationships with stakeholders
• Willing and able to learn quickly, and to deliver on short term goals within a defined contract period
• Someone who brings a can-do attitude to the team and the wider TAS community

You will also bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, or a related discipline (or relevant experience)
• Demonstrated experience in a marketing, design and/or communications role.
• Experience partnering with stakeholders to understand internal and external community engagement, and to implement strategic goals
• Current suitability for working with children (Blue Card), or the ability to obtain one
• Advanced computer skills; experience in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop is desirable
