Customer Service Officer

Schmick Scratch and Dent Assist is a membership program for repairs of minor scratches and dents on our members vehicles.
  
We are seeking self-motivated, enthusiastic, friendly customer service officers to join the customer service team in our modern offices in Mulgrave.
You will be part of a supportive, fun, professional team that supports you with your growth and development.
  
About the role:

• Contacting customers to discuss outcomes for repairs requests

• To support our technicians by coordinating schedules

• Ensuring clear communication of changes to both customers and technicians and seniors

• Resolving customer escalations by providing solutions and alternatives within set time limits

• Managing high volumes of incoming and outgoing calls

What we are looking for:

• 1 candidate to join our customer service team.

• You will be a highly motivated and driven individual with a passion for customer satisfaction.

• You can work well as part of a team 

Skills and experience:

•     Excellent communication skills

•     Good computer skills

•     The desire to work with people engage in verbal and written interactions over email and phone

•     A strong focus on customer satisfaction

•     Solid and proven problem-solving ability

•     High attention to detail

•     Organisational skills and ability to multi-task

•     Experience in a customer service role advantageous but not essential

•     Fluency in English is a must
