About the role

O'Brien Plumbing and Roofing Wyong are seeking an experienced Roofer to join our team in Wyong NSW. In this role, you will carry out high-quality roofing work while supporting and working as team. Key responsibilities

• Carrying out roofing installation, maintenance, and repair work to a high standard

• Providing guidance and mentoring to less-experienced roofing team members

• Fostering a positive and collaborative team environment

• Advising customers on roofing products, solutions, and best practices

• Ensuring all work meets company quality, safety, and compliance standards

• Collaborating with the operations team to ensure smooth project delivery

• Monitoring job progress and assisting with planning and resource allocation

About you

• Proven experience as a roofer, with a strong background in the trade

• Ability to mentor and support other team members effectively

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities

• Thorough understanding of roofing products, materials, and installation processes

• Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service

• Flexible and adaptable to changing job or site requirements

• Solid understanding of workplace safety standards and compliance
