About the Role

At Moco Food Services, we don’t just produce meat—we create quality, consistency, and trust for the food businesses we support. Now we’re looking for a Production Supervisor to lead our Moco Meats team and keep our operation running at its best.

You’ll take charge of the day-to-day workflow in our meat processing and portion control department, ensuring every cut meets the highest standards of quality and presentation. You’ll champion process improvements, keep production moving efficiently, and lead a team that takes pride in delivering excellence.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll work side by side with your team while collaborating with other leaders to drive outcomes, solve challenges, and keep our people safe, motivated, and growing.

About You

You’re a leader who thrives in a busy, high-performance environment and loves the balance of managing people, processes, and quality. You’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves and get involved, but you’re equally confident stepping back to coach, guide, and develop your team.

Skills & Experience

·         Proven experience in meat manufacturing, portion control, or similar production environments.

·         Strong leadership skills, with a track record of lifting team performance and culture.

·         A quality-first mindset, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.

·         The ability to drive improvements, make clear decisions, and communicate effectively.

·         Trade qualifications as a Butcher or prior Meat Manager experience.
