Venue Manager

Seeking a strong Venue Manager for a rural spot approx 1 hour from Brisbane towards the Gold Coast. Take control, seek improvement and put processes in place. Get to know the locals, welcome tourists by supplying exceptional service standards. 

What we are looking for: 

• Previous experience in the management of bar, gaming, kitchen, bottleshop and accommodation 

• Ability to drive revenue and consistent improvement

• Commercial responsibilities including rosters, cost control and performance. 

• Good understanding of compliance, licensing and food safety 

• Hands on leadership - leads from the front 

• Comfortable working independently and taking ownership

• Proven experience in a leadership role within hospitality

• Strong operational knowledge across high-volume 

• Confident leading teams in fast-paced environments

• Experience with systems such as SevenRooms, Now Book It, Triple Seat (or similar)

• Strong commercial mindset with an understanding of labour and cost control

• Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences

• Ability to build culture and lead from the front
