As our Health & Safety Systems, Governance & Reporting Manager, you'll lead the evolution of our Health and Safety systems, strengthening governance and reporting capability, helping create a modern, data-driven approach to health and safety that supports better decision-making and stronger safety outcomes across the business.

About the Role 

Reporting to the Group Health, Safety & Environment Manager, you'll lead the Systems, Governance & Reporting stream of our Health and Safety function. 

You'll be responsible for: 

• Leading the ongoing improvement of health and safety systems, reporting processes and governance tools. 
• Developing and maintain the roadmap for health and safety technology platforms Strengthening governance, compliance and assurance frameworks across a diverse operating environment.  
• Supporting alignment with legislative requirements and ISO 45001 principles.  
• Leading Board, Executive and operational safety reporting cycles.  
• Translating health and safety data into meaningful insights that influence decision-making.  
• Supporting strategic planning and the ongoing evolution of the Health and Safety Framework and Strategy.  
• Working with operational leaders to improve the quality, consistency and usefulness of safety information. 

About You 

You may currently be a: 

• Senior Health & Safety Advisor. 
• Health & Safety Business Partner. 
• Governance, Assurance or Compliance Specialist.
• Health & Safety Reporting or Systems Lead. 
• Health & Safety Manager. 
• Risk or Governance Professional looking to specialise within safety.

Most importantly, you're passionate about using systems, governance, and data to improve health and safety outcomes. 

You'll bring: 

• Experience in health and safety, governance, compliance, risk, systems, or reporting functions. 
• Strong analytical and reporting capability.  
• Experience driving system improvements and continuous improvement initiatives.  
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.  
• The ability to translate complex information into practical business insights.  
• A desire to shape the future direction of an evolving safety function.
