Site Administrator - FIFO 2/1

Location: Thunderbird, WA
Project Duration: 3+ years, on-going full-time contract
Roster: 2:1 (all day shift)
FIFO: Wednesday fly-in (AM) / Tuesday fly-out (PM)
Accommodation: Thunderbird Village (1.5hrs from Broome Airport)

ReGroup is seeking a Site Administrator to join our team and support site operations. This full-time role will be responsible for general site administrative duties on a 2:1 roster based in Thunderbird, WA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administration support for all site operations
• Coordinate rosters, flights, accommodation, and site access requirements
• Manage onboarding processes, including inductions and compliance documentation
• Collate and process weekly timesheets, liaising with payroll
• Maintain accurate filing and record-keeping systems
• Raise purchase orders and assist with procurement needs
• Assist with safety reporting, compliance, and project documentation

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in a FIFO Site Administrator role (preferred)
• High-level computer proficiency (Microsoft Office Suite, data entry systems)
• Strong organisational and planning skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical & LABDAS
• Must be WA-based or able to make own way to Perth for site flights
• Immediate start desirable
