• Base annual rate of $106,595 to $112,988 negotiable

We're looking for an experienced and compassionate leader to join our Early Intervention leadership team as Coordinator – Family Support & Creative Parenting Spaces. This is more than a management role—it's an opportunity to inspire a passionate team, strengthen community partnerships and create lasting change for children, parents and families before challenges become crises.

You'll lead two highly valued early intervention programs that support families with young children through practical casework, parenting education, supported playgroups and meaningful parent-child experiences.

Your leadership will directly influence the quality of support families receive while mentoring and developing a multidisciplinary team of Caseworkers, Early Childhood Facilitators and Supported Playgroup Facilitators who make a difference every single day.

Together, you'll help families build confidence, strengthen relationships and create brighter futures for children during the most important years of their development.

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading, coaching and developing a high-performing multidisciplinary team through reflective supervision and practice leadership.
• Creating a psychologically safe culture where people feel supported, valued and empowered to grow.
• Overseeing quality casework, parenting programs, supported playgroups and early intervention services that achieve meaningful outcomes for families.
• Building strong partnerships with community organisations, schools, government agencies and local stakeholders.
• Driving culturally safe, inclusive practice that supports Aboriginal, CALD and refugee families.
• Supporting innovation through evidence-based early intervention models and continuous improvement.
• Managing referrals, program performance, reporting requirements and funding outcomes.
• Working alongside the Early Intervention leadership team to strengthen services across the region.

Your Qualifications & Experience

• A degree in Social Work, Psychology or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years' experience working with children, young people and families, including a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong experience in early intervention, family support, child protection or community services.
• Confidence providing clinical supervision, mentoring staff and developing practice capability.
• Experience building collaborative partnerships across government and community sectors.
• Knowledge of child protection legislation, mandatory reporting and trauma-informed practice.
• A commitment to culturally responsive practice and working alongside Aboriginal communities, culturally diverse families and refugee communities.
• A current Driver Licence & NSW Working With Children Check
