Key Responsibilities

• Providing exceptional customer service across gaming, bar, and reception

• Preparing and serving alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages

• Handling cash and payouts.

• Greeting members and guests and assisting with enquiries

• Maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming venue

• Monitoring responsible service and compliance standards

• Minimum 1+ years of hospitality or customer service experience required

Must have:

• Over the age of 18 years old

• Current RSA, RCG and ARCG

• Flexibility to work across a 7-day roster, including nights and public holidays

• Right to work in Australia
