Front Of House Manager

We are looking for a hands-on Front of House Manager to lead our Burleigh Venue. This is a floor-based leadership role, with most of your hours spent working alongside the team, leading service and setting the standard through your own actions.

We are looking for a leader who is eager to learn, ready to take on more responsibility and excited to grow with Costa Taco and make this place your home.

You will lead and develop the front of house team, maintain strong service and operational standards, and ensure every guest experience reflects our Mi Casa Es Tu Casa philosophy.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor and work alongside the team
• Train, coach and develop front of house team members. Ensruing excellence standards.
• Build a positive, accountable and high-performing team culture
• Provide clear direction, regular feedback and support

• Oversee daily front of house operations and service flow
• KPI goal structure
• Ensure systems, checklists and procedures are followed and uddated
• Maintain venue standards across cleanliness, hospitality, presentation and service
• Work closely with the kitchen manager, kitchen team and wider leadership team
• Identifying and solving maintance related issues.

• Develop a strong understanding of sales and labour performance
• Roster planning in line with business targets
• Contribute to cost control and operational efficiency

• Bring Mi Casa Es Tu Casa to life through every service
• Lead warm, genuine and attentive hospitality on the floor
• Respond to guest feedback and resolve concerns professionally
• Ensure every guest feels welcomed, valued and excited to return

• Experience with POS, rostering or hospitality systems and platforms (Deputy, Me&u, Square, Operandio).
