As our HSE Advisor – Reporting & Insights, you’ll play a key role in strengthening how we understand and act on safety and environmental data. You’ll work closely with HSE, IT and operational teams to turn complex data into clear, practical insights. Your work will help shape safer, smarter decisions across our ASPAC operations.

As a HSE Advisor – Reporting & Insights in the HSE team, you’ll make a positive impact by:

Designing and developing HSE dashboards and reporting packsDelivering regular and ad hoc reporting across key HSE metricsAnalysing data to identify trends, risks and improvement opportunitiesTranslating complex data into clear, actionable insightsCollaborating with teams to enhance reporting systems and toolsStreamlining processes to improve data accuracy and consistency

You Could Be a Great Fit If You Have

Experience in HSE, risk, or data analysis in regulated environmentsStrong analytical skills with knowledge of performance frameworksConfidence communicating insights to a range of stakeholdersExperience with tools like Excel, Power BI or SQLUnderstanding of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standardsAbility to manage priorities and work collaboratively
