PART-TIME PROPERTY MANAGER

Monday–Friday | 9:00am–3:00pm | Potential for Full-Time

We’re looking for an experienced Part-Time Property Manager to join our close-knit, boutique team.

The Role

• Monday to Friday, 9:00am–3:00pm

• Part-time position with potential to progress to full-time

• Manage and maintain strong relationships with owners, tenants and trades

• Assist with the day-to-day management of a property portfolio

• Coordinate maintenance, inspections, communications and administrative tasks

• Deliver exceptional customer service and a professional experience to our clients

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

• Has previous property management experience

• Holds a minimum NSW Certificate of Registration – Assistant Agent (Real Estate)

• Holds a current driver’s licence

• Has a reliable motor vehicle

• Is physically fit and comfortable with the active nature of property management

• Is a self-starter who takes initiative and gets things done

• Is a positive collaborator who enjoys being part of a team

• Is proficient with computers, software and data-entry platforms

• Has excellent communication and organisational skills

• Most importantly, has a genuine passion for customer service
