What’s the role?

You'll join our Commercial Banking team in Bankstown, Sydney / Warrane, Gadigal Country as a full time Senior Relationship Manager.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced business banker who enjoys helping businesses thrive. You'll manage a portfolio of commercial customers, building trusted relationships and supporting their growth through tailored banking and lending solutions. With a strong focus on commercial lending, you'll work closely with customers to understand what matters most to them, while partnering with internal specialists to deliver the right outcomes.

You'll also develop new to bank relationships through networking and market engagement, helping more businesses access the support they need to move forward with confidence.

What do I need?

• Strong capability in commercial lending and business banking
• Experience analysing financial performance and structuring lending solutions
• Confidence building long term customer relationships and managing a portfolio
• Ability to identify and win new business opportunities
• A collaborative approach and passion for delivering great customer outcomes
