We are seeking an experienced finance broker, or a motivated sales professional looking to enter the finance industry, to join our high-performing Equipment Finance team.

You'll be supported by a steady flow of leads from our strong vendor partnerships giving you a platform to grow your portfolio and maximise your earning potential.

About the Role

As an Equipment Finance Broker, you will be responsible for identifying finance opportunities, supporting clients through the lending process, and building strong relationships with lenders, referral partners, and business clients.

Your responsibilities will include:

Client Advice & Finance Solutions

• Assess clients’ finance needs and recommend suitable loan products.

• Collect and review financial information to understand each client’s position.

• Analyse client requirements and assess creditworthiness.

• Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the loan application process, with assistance from your support team.

Lender Relationships & Deal Management

• Negotiate loan terms and conditions with lenders on behalf of clients.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with lenders and industry professionals.

• Stay up to date with lender requirements, industry developments, and changes in lending criteria.

Business Growth & Performance

• Build and grow your own client portfolio.

• Convert leads provided by our vendor partnerships into long-term client relationships.

• Develop your own referral and business networks.

• Identify finance opportunities across a broad range of industries.

• Achieve performance targets and contribute to business growth.
