This role presents an exceptional opportunity for an experienced and driven Sales Representative looking to elevate their career with a global orthopaedic leader, or for highly skilled Orthopaedic Clinical Specialist ready to step confidently into a sales-focused role.

Ideal candidates will thrive in a dynamic operating theatre environment and excel at building long‑term, trusted relationships with surgeons, nurses, key hospital stakeholders and colleagues alike. You’d be joining our talented and close-knit tin Northern NSW.

How You'll Create Impact

You’ll Be Responsible For

Owning and executing a Territory Plan to achieve and exceed targetsGrowth within existing accounts, while also identifying and bringing on new businessBuilding strong relationships with surgeons, theatre staff, procurement teams and hospital stakeholdersProviding high-quality operating theatre support, demonstrating professionalism, preparation and technical expertiseDelivering product training, in-services and workshops to customers

Excelling clinically in theatre and driving seamless end‑to‑end case support, including:

Locking in case bookings with hospitals and practicesManaging surgeon preferences and case details with precisionCoordinating loan sets and ensuring trays are case‑readyProviding confident, in‑the‑moment support in theatreOverseeing consignment stock and smooth post‑case returns

What Makes You Stand Out

A degree in Business, Marketing, Health, Nursing, Science or a related field3+ years of proven impact in Orthopaedic clinical support or salesA strong track record of driving territory growth and sales successSharp commercial instincts with the ability to spot—and seize—opportunitiesConfidence engaging with senior surgeons and medical stakeholdersThe agility to master complex products and technical detail quicklyExceptional relationship building and stakeholder management skillsA proactive, upbeat and solutions‑focused mindset that lifts the team around you
