Operations Manager

Betty's Burgers is a classic burger shack experience, showcasing the freshest and most delicious burgers in town. Together with our mouth-watering burgers, our menu also features decadent desserts made from Betty’s exclusive custard ice cream.

With over 70 restaurants now open across Australia and many more on the horizon, more and more people are wanting to be a part of the Betty's experience! Starting in the new year, we are seeking a highly skilled hospitality professional with strong experience in fast paced food and beverage operations to step into the role of Operations Manager for our WA stores.

As Operations Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining guest service standards along with all aspects of operations within your region including people management, financial results, sales and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities include: 

• Team development, and training

• Performance management and improvement systems

• Assist in establishing KPI metrics for new and existing stores by carefully analysing rosters, par levels, movements and people guides

• Meet and exceed restaurant financial objectives by forecasting business demands, maintaining labour costs, food and wastage expenses and beverage costs

• Provide recommendations regarding cash strategies and cost control measures

To be successful in the role you will have:

• Prior multi-site experience in the hospitality or QSR space is essential

• Proven influencing, negotiation and conflict resolution skills

• Strong financial acumen and experience with P&L and budgets

• Proven experience achieving sales targets, KPI's and maximising profit

• Excellent presentation and communication skills

• Strong interpersonal & coaching skills

• Ability to work autonomously in a fast paced & demanding environment
