About the Role:

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented team player to join our Product team. You’ll gain exposure across the full breadth of the product function, from new product development through to supply chain, production, and retail/distribution, working closely with the wider team to support projects from concept through to delivery. 

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to build broad product development experience within a fast-paced, collaborative team, with genuine opportunities to grow as you develop your skills. 

This role can be tailored to suit experience level with a clear pathway for growth. 

Responsibilities:

New Product Development

• Support the end-to-end development of new products from concept through to launch.
• Coordinate project timelines, milestones, and documentation to keep development on track.
• Manage product samples, supplier communication, approvals, and technical information.
• Assist with product compliance, testing, quality assurance, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time.

Supply Chain & Production

• Support supplier onboarding, documentation, and ongoing supplier relationships.
• Raise purchase orders and maintain product specifications and production records.
• Monitor production schedules, shipments, and deliveries, communicating any risks or delays.
• Assist with quality control processes, supplier performance, and pre-shipment inspections.

Retail & Distribution

• Support retailer and distributor requirements throughout the product lifecycle.
• Coordinate product, packaging, and specification updates with suppliers and retail partners.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure retail timelines and launch requirements are met.

Systems & Administration

• Maintain accurate product information across internal systems and databases.
• Prepare and update costing sheets, product documentation, and reporting.
• Ensure all product records, specifications, and project information remain accurate and up to date.

About you:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively across the business
• Strong project management and organisational skills and able to work independently, multitask, prioritise, pivot, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• A process-driven mindset, ensuring protocols and procedures are followed while identifying opportunities for improvement
• A genuine passion for consumer products, cosmetics, or product innovation
• A calm, positive approach under pressure, with strong problem-solving skills
• A keen eye for detail, ensuring the best quality product is delivered every time
