We are seeking an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to take charge of our iconic La Madonna venue, working alongside our Food & Beverage Manager to deliver extraordinary guest experiences while leading a dynamic team to operational excellence.

Role Overview:

The Assistant Restaurant Manager is a leadership role focused on overseeing the daily operations of La Madonna. This is a hands-on position that requires a motivated, team-oriented professional passionate about hospitality and service excellence. The ideal candidate will be a natural leader with a proven track record in high-end dining environments, capable of inspiring teams and elevating guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Team Leadership & Development:

• Cultivate a positive, supportive, and inclusive team culture.
• Mentor, train, and develop staff to uphold exceptional service standards.
• Foster engagement and teamwork, ensuring all staff contribute to La Madonna’s success.

2. Operational Excellence:

• Oversee daily floor operations, ensuring seamless service during peak times.
• Manage table assignments, guest seating, and overall ambiance to deliver an unforgettable dining experience.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries and resolve concerns.

3. Collaboration & Communication:

• Partner with the Food & Beverage Manager to maintain stock levels and oversee supply ordering.
• Ensure strong communication between front-of-house and back-of-house teams to streamline service.
• Provide actionable feedback to improve processes and operations.

4. Stock & Floor Management:

• Oversee stock rotation, conduct inventory checks, and support efficient stock management.
• Ensure the venue’s cleanliness, presentation, and readiness for service at all times.
